Confidence
Some people just seem to ooze confidence whilst others struggle. What is it that makes one person confident and others not so?
Confidence feeds off itself. It’s like a self-fulfilling prophesy.
A confident person approaches situations positively, which usually results in a successful outcome. That success breeds more confidence and so it continues to grow.
Acquiring confidence requires that the person who lacks confidence breaks the negative cycle that they are currently in, and begins to develop a positive one. From that point they too can create and grow their own cycle of confidence.
Hypnotherapy helps you to identify and dissolve those negative feelings that are holding you back so that you can acquire the confident demeanour and attitude that you seek.
If your confidence is low, then why not give it a boost and get back on the right track?
Self Esteem
Low self-esteem simply means not feeling good about yourself. Perhaps you’re feeling that you’re not good enough or that everyone else is better than you.
Why would someone feel like that?
It could be that as far back as we can remember, we felt that way about ourselves. There’s always a reason. Perhaps some authority figure such as a parent or a teacher or a manager convinced us we were worthless and we accepted their opinion as fact.
It’s a basic human need to feel good about ourselves. When our self-esteem is low, we struggle to deal with the world around us and it inhibits the way we interact with other people. It’s difficult to feel happy if you feel bad about yourself.
Self –esteem can take a battering when we experience situations like redundancy or being rejected in a relationship.
Hypnotherapy can really enhance your self-esteem. It can help you to feel good about yourself. To really like yourself. To appreciate all the good things about you that you may not currently recognise and appreciate.
When you feel better about yourself, you’re on the road to true happiness.
